Dual MAX14870 Motor Driver is a compact dual driver DC motors compatible with Raspberry Pi and plugged directly into the GPIO pins of the minicomputer. It allows you to control two DC motors with a voltage in the range of 4.5-36 V. The controller is based on two H MAX14870 bridges, thanks to which 1.7 A (2.5 A in peak) current can be drawn from each channel. The board has protection against reverse power connection. It is possible to power the Arduino board from a common power source with motors through an additional converter (not included).

The module was designed for new Raspberry Pi minicomputers in versions with a 40-pin connector: Model B + , Model A + , Raspberry Pi 2 Model B and Raspberry Pi 3 Model B.

The Raspberry Pi computer seen in the pictures is not included in the set, it must be purchased separately.
