Description

WEP 992D + ND soldering station is a 2 in 1 soldering station:

  • Hot air, used for desoldering and soldering electronic circuits, eg BGA, SMD and etc. The blowing in the station is obtained by means of a compressor.
  • Stronger tipped flask with peak power of 72-75W (the original Hakko heating element of Japanese production).

WEP 992D + ND soldering station is suitable for soldering and desoldering electronic components such as: SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA, SMD, tid (especially mobile phones).

The station is used for soldering and desoldering electronic components, shrinking, welding plastics, heating.

WEP 992D + ND soldering iron is a hot air soldering station and soldering iron. The station is equipped with a PID microprocessor, which checks the station operation parameters in 20ms cycles and corrects them to the set values.

Temperature values, airflow power, operating mode are visible on a large, readable LCD display, which greatly simplifies the work.

The soldering iron is equipped with a ceramic heating element that quickly and evenly heats up. The heater is made of hard alloys, allowing long working time at high temperatures, without being subject to deformation, this significantly increases the stability of work and extends the life of the heater.

In the holder for the hot air flask there is a micro-contact which, when the flask is put down, causes it to go into standby mode, by cooling the heating element, and then switching off the air flow. This extends the life of the heater and saves electricity.

The station is equipped with functions to control proper operation, we receive messages about short circuit in the circuit, overload of circuits, failure to obtain the set temperature. All these errors are displayed on the display.

Selecting the automatic operation mode, when we put the hot air flask on the stand, the device will automatically stop heating and will cool down to a safe temperature. Thanks to this, we will take care of the long, trouble-free operation of the heating element, energy savings and security of the service.

Functions

  • 3 Work programs. The soldering station has the ability to store 3 work programs for hot air and a flask. Depending on the type of work, assembly and disassembly, we set the appropriate program.
  • Operation of hot air in automatic / manual mode. Selecting the automatic operation mode, when we put the hot air flask on the stand, the device will automatically stop heating and will cool down to a safe temperature. Thanks to this, we will take care of the long, trouble-free operation of the heating element, energy savings and security of the service. Choosing manual mode, when we often have to solder something, then we save time and increase work efficiency. It is recommended to switch to automatic mode before finishing work.
  • Temperature correction function. Depends on the working environment, the efficiency of the heating element, the power of the blow, the grotto's use, all this affects the correct temperature correction to obtain the given parameter.
  • Work in C / F mode. It is possible to set the display in which units the temperature will be displayed.
  • Sleep function for soldering iron. The soldering iron is equipped with a sleep mode, when the flask is not used, after a preset time from 0-99min it goes into sleep mode, ie the flask is heated to 200C, it prevents over-oxidation of the mainsail, which affects its lifetime and heating element. We have the option of disabling the mode by setting 0.
  • A tipped flask with a heating element that heats up quickly, maintains mild temperature and is electrostatically safe.
