Description
The S13V30F5 converter module allows to obtain the output voltage of 5 V from the input voltage from 2.8 V to 22 V. The maximum current efficiency of the module is from 2 A to 4 A and depends on the input voltage. The efficiency of the converter is from 85 to 95%, which makes it a much better solution than linear voltage stabilizers. The module has reverse voltage protection, output short-circuit protection, soft start system and thermal protection. Typical current draw for an enabled inverter is 10 to 20 mA. The inverter can be turned off using the "enable" line - in the inactive mode, the inverter draws between 2 and 10 uA for each Volt of the input voltage.
