Description
X-NUCLEO-OUT02A1 is an expansion board for STM32 Nucleo enabling output support in the industrial standard. It allows you to control eight galvanically isolated outputs as relays. It has a connector compatible with Arduino® UNO R3. Connection with the X-NUCLEO-PLC01A1 board allows to obtain a complete PLC with 8 inputs and 16 outputs. The connection with X-NUCLEO-IDW01M1 allows remote control of the outputs via a dedicated ST-PLC application.

- 4kV galvanic isolation
- Radio communication between the logical and process sides ensures maximum interference immunity
- Very low power dissipation (RON (MAX) = 220 mΩ)
- Rapid disintegration into inductive loads
- 20 MHz SPI I / F on the logical side
- Good VCC power diagnostics
- Overload and overheat protection with thermal switch and diagnostics
- Voltage range: 10.5 to 33 V
- Green LED (x8) for output on/off status
- Red power LED
- Red LED for overload and overheating
- Arduino® UNO R3 compatible connector
- Compatibility with EMC standards:
- IEC61000-4-2: Protection against contact discharge up to 8 kV and air discharge up to 15kV
