X-NUCLEO-USBPDM1 is an expansion board designed for applications using USB Type-C. It is equipped with a USB Type-C connector and TCPP01-M12 chip which is USB ESD protection. The set has a built-in 3.3 V LDO system, thanks to which the STM32 Nucleo board can be powered directly from the USB connector. The module is a complete solution that allows the implementation of applications based on USB Type-C.

X-NUCLEO-USBPDM1 can work with STM32 Nucleo kits. The board is compatible with STM32 Nucleo and Arduino UNO R3 connectors.

  • 6 V overvoltage protection (OVP) on CC lines against short-to-VBUS when the connector is unplugged
  • Up to 22 V adjustable overvoltage protection (OVP) on VBUS line against charger failure
