Fiberlogy – Polish Manufacturer of 3D Printing Filaments

Fiberlogy specializes in manufacturing filaments for FDM/FFF 3D printers. The range includes materials with different mechanical strengths, temperature resistance, flexibility and surface finishes. Fiberlogy offers popular materials for learning 3D printing and creating models alongside engineering-grade composites for functional components. The manufacturer develops Easy PLA, Easy PET-G, FiberFlex, FiberSatin, FiberWood and FiberSmooth product lines, as well as fiber-reinforced filaments. Fiberlogy materials are used in prototyping, model making, product design, education and the production of small mechanical components.

Fiberlogy Filament Types – From PLA to Engineering Materials

Fiberlogy offers materials for different requirements concerning appearance, strength and the intended use of printed parts. Fiberlogy PLA filaments, including Easy PLA, Matte PLA and Impact PLA, are used for decorative models, prototypes and components with moderate mechanical requirements. Fiberlogy ABS filaments are designed for printing enclosures and parts requiring increased heat and impact resistance; the range also includes glass-fiber-reinforced ABS+GF composites. Fiberlogy ASA filaments offer resistance to UV exposure and weather conditions, making them suitable for outdoor components. Fiberlogy flexible filaments, including FiberFlex 30D and 40D, are used for seals, protective covers and parts that must bend or deform. Fiberlogy PET-G filaments include Easy PET-G and Matte PET-G, as well as engineering materials such as PET-G ESD and PETG+PTFE, intended for applications requiring electrostatic dissipative properties or reduced friction. Fiberlogy PCTG filaments provide increased impact resistance for durable enclosures, brackets and functional parts. Fiberlogy Satin filaments, marketed as FiberSatin, are used to produce decorative models with a characteristic satin finish. Fiberlogy Nylon filaments, including PA12 and PA12+CF15, are intended for mechanical components requiring wear resistance and suitable strength. Fiberlogy PP filaments offer low density, chemical resistance and flexibility for applications such as containers and functional components. Fiberlogy PVB filaments from the FiberSmooth series can be smoothed using isopropyl alcohol, making them suitable for decorative models with smooth surfaces. Fiberlogy Refill filaments are supplied without disposable spools and are intended for compatible reusable spool systems. Fiberlogy CPE filaments, including CPE HT and CPE ANTIBAC, are specialized copolyesters with properties depending on the particular formulation. Fiberlogy Wood filaments from the FiberWood series contain wood particles and produce prints with a wood-like appearance. Fiberlogy specialized filaments also include materials such as HIPS and PEI 9085 for specific engineering applications and more demanding printing processes.

Fiberlogy Refill Filaments and Recycled Materials

Fiberlogy develops solutions that reduce the use of disposable spools and enable the reuse of plastic materials. Refill products are supplied without conventional spools and can be installed on compatible reusable spools, including those using the MASTERSPOOL system. Available variants include Refill Easy PLA, Easy PET-G and PCTG. A separate group consists of R-series filaments, such as R PLA, R PET-G and R Nylon, manufactured using recycled material. Spool-free packaging and the use of recycled feedstock describe different product characteristics, so users should check both the packaging format and material composition. Fiberlogy also offers conventional spooled filaments in various colors and net weights.

Choosing Fiberlogy Filaments for Prototypes and Engineering Parts

Selecting a Fiberlogy material requires consideration of the intended application and the technical capabilities of the 3D printer. PLA is commonly used for visual models and concept prototypes, while PET-G and PCTG are suitable for parts requiring improved impact resistance. ABS and ASA support the production of components exposed to higher temperatures, with ASA providing additional resistance for outdoor use. FiberFlex is used for flexible components, while PA12, ABS+GF and PA12+CF15 are intended for more demanding mechanical designs. Engineering and fiber-reinforced filaments require particular attention to nozzle temperature, heated bed settings, material drying, nozzle construction and ventilation. Fiberlogy provides printing parameters and documentation to help users adjust their settings to the selected material.

Fiberlogy Material Development, Documentation and User Support

Fiberlogy develops filaments for both standard desktop 3D printers and machines capable of processing engineering thermoplastics. The selection allows users to choose materials according to flexibility, mechanical strength, surface appearance and the operating conditions of printed parts. The manufacturer provides technical information about material properties and recommended printing parameters, helping users prepare models and address issues related to adhesion, shrinkage and surface quality. Fiberlogy materials are used by people learning 3D printing, product designers, engineers and users producing small batches of functional parts.
