Filament intended for printing rigid, lightweight, and deformation-resistant technical components using FFF/FDM technology. Glass fibre reinforcement improves mechanical properties, impact and abrasion resistance, and reduces shrinkage compared with standard ABS. Fiberlogy ABS+GF Black 1.75 mm / 1.00 kg
Filament Fiberlogy ABS+GF Black enables the production of mechanical parts, structural components, drone parts, and functional models requiring high rigidity and reduced weight. The addition of glass fibre increases resistance to deformation and mechanical loads while improving the dimensional stability of printed parts.
The material provides good interlayer adhesion and good adhesion to the build surface, together with lower shrinkage than standard ABS. The recommended nozzle temperature ranges from 270°C to 285°C, while the heated bed temperature is 90°C. An enclosed chamber and cooling fan settings from 10% to 30% are recommended. Due to the abrasive nature of glass fibres, a wear-resistant nozzle should be used.
