Iridium 9603N satellite receiver module. It allows short messages to be sent and received from anywhere on Earth and works far beyond the range of WiFi and GSM networks. The module has a small Molex connector that connects the serial, power and signalling lines to the controller. At the heart of the RockBLOCK 9603N is the Iridium 9603 modem. It provides a serial interface via a serial connector and offers an SMA connector for the use of an external antenna. It has a small footprint and is aimed primarily at system integrators and product developers where space inside the chassis is limited. Full documentation is available on the product page.
