Fiberlogy CPE ANTIBAC filament in natural color with a diameter of 1.75 mm. The spool contains 0.5 kg of filament. The recommended printing temperature should range from 260°C to 280°C, while the bed temperature should be approximately from 110°C to 120°C. The filament is wound onto a spool and vacuum packed.

Fiberlogy CPE ANTIBAC is an innovative antibacterial filament for 3D printing, characterized by high mechanical and temperature resistance combined with bactericidal properties. In terms of temperature resistance, it surpasses, among others, PET-G or PCTG filament belonging to the same family of polymers. It is resistant to temperatures up to 110°C as well as to UV radiation, chemicals, and lipids.
CPE ANTIBAC is odorless, BPA-free, BPS-free, and styrene-free. This antibacterial filament owes its properties to silver nanoparticles, which guarantee effective protection against microorganisms. Microbiological studies have shown bactericidal properties of both fibers and 3D prints. The research results confirm the effectiveness in reducing the number of bacteria, including Escherichia coli (by 100%) and Staphylococcus aureus (by 92.4%). In a repeat test, the results were 100% and 97% respectively.
The antibacterial CPE ANTIBAC filament is intended for use in both stationary and industrial FFF/FDM 3D printers. A closed printing chamber is not required, but it allows for prints with better strength parameters. Thanks to its unique properties, Fiberlogy CPE ANTIBAC will find application in prints exposed to microbial growth, such as plastic elements in public spaces, laboratory equipment, and clinical accessories.
