Alpha SAC305 Omnix 338 is a high-quality rosin flux in gel form, designed for lead-free soldering in BGA (Ball Grid Array) technology. The product is characterized by excellent adhesion of components before the reflow process and ensures high quality of solder joints. The flux does not contain halogens (ROL0 classification), which minimizes corrosion and ensures cleanliness of joints after soldering, while meeting RoHS standards.
