Description
Thickened rosin flux intended for assembly and repair of SMD and BGA components. It can be applied through a sieve, stencil or syringe. The activators contained in the flux enable good soldering on the surfaces. Soldering residues are non-corrosive and can remain on soldering pads in most cases.
