Description
Gel flux is a thickened RMA class rosin flux intended for SMT assembly and repairs. The gel flux can be applied through a sieve, template or syringe. The activators used for the production of the flux allow for leaving its residues after the soldering process on the package (unless the production process includes washing phases).
