Description
An M12-mount lens with a fixed focal length of 3.6mm is used in vision systems that require a moderately wide field of view while limiting image distortion. The low-distortion optical design allows improved scene geometry compared to standard wide-angle lenses, which is relevant in vision systems, robotics, and image analysis applications.
The lens is designed for use with 1/2.5" image sensors applied in compact camera modules. The standard M12 (S-mount) interface enables manual focus adjustment by screwing the lens into the camera mount, without the need for additional adapters.
