The HMI (Human-Machine Interface) GL070 operator panel is a device used for visualization and interaction with automation systems. It allows you to display process information and data, as well as enter and modify parameters. The GL070 HMI uses a 7" LCD display with 800x480 pixel resolution with a touch panel, which is an integral part of the GL070 HMI . It allows the display of process information and data, and allows the user to enter and modify parameters using touch-sensitive buttons and interface elements. The high-quality display provides clear and easy-to-read data presentations, and its high resolution enables convenient and accurate display of various types of information and graphics. Combined with HMI software, the GL070 is capable of displaying various types of charts, diagrams and other data, allowing ongoing monitoring and control of processes.
A 32-bit ARM RISC processor with an operating frequency of up to 800 MHz is responsible for the proper operation of the panel. It is responsible for processing and displaying information on the touchscreen display, as well as communicating with other system components such as industrial automation devices, controllers, etc. The processor is capable of performing various mathematical and logical operations to present information in a clear and readable manner, allowing the user to interpret data quickly and easily. It is supported by 128 MB of DDR3 RAM and 128 MB of NAND Flash memory. In addition, the user has a built-in real-time clock and a USB connector for connecting an external drive.
It supports various communication protocols, such as RS232, RS485 and others, allowing easy connection to various devices. It is powered by a voltage from 10 V to 28 V. HMIs such as the GL070 are often used in industrial automation, smart buildings, process control systems and other applications where visualization and process control are needed.
