Description

HMI module based on the Raspberry Pi CM4 platform is an advanced solution for industrial applications. Equipped with the Broadcom BCM2711 processor with a quad-core Cortex-A72 (ARM v8) 64-bit SoC running at 1.5GHz, it provides high computational performance and is an ideal solution for integration in complex industrial automation systems and IoT. The module features 8 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 32 GB of eMMC storage, with expansion capabilities via Micro SD cards and mSATA SSD. The device supports HDMI and LVDS with dual touchscreen display support, and HDMI supports resolutions up to 4Kp60, ensuring excellent image quality.

The panel PC offers a rich set of interfaces, including 1 Gigabit LAN port, 2 USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, and 3 RS232 ports, enabling easy integration with various industrial devices and systems. The module supports wireless communication via Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5GHz, Bluetooth, and 4G LTE, providing flexibility in communication across different industrial environments. The device is powered by DC voltage from 9V to 36V, with protection against reverse polarity, surges, and overloads, ensuring reliability in harsh working conditions. Additional features such as a supercapacitor (optional backup power), RTC, Watch Dog, EEPROM, and cryptographic authentication enhance the security and reliability of the system. The module is housed in a high-quality metal enclosure, compatible with desk mounting, ensuring durability and effective cooling.
