Description

Kinco MK043E-27DT is an integrated HMI operator panel with a built-in PLC controller designed for industrial applications requiring compact dimensions and flexible I/O configuration. The device features a 4.3" TFT display with 480 x 272 px resolution and a resistive touch panel, enabling convenient operation in industrial environments.

The module operates on a 24 V DC power supply and uses a 700 MHz RISC processor with 128 MB Flash and 64 MB DDR2 memory. It supports the M-IoT platform, enabling remote program upload and download, transparent PLC communication over the network, VNC monitoring, and device management. The PLC section provides 10 digital inputs 24 V DC, 10 transistor digital outputs 24 V DC, 4 configurable DIO channels, 2 analog inputs, and 1 analog output. The design allows expansion with up to 8 KS series expansion modules, enabling system adaptation to automation, motion control, packaging, dosing, and production line applications.

  9. USB Host interface - HMI expansion interface for peripheral devices such as storagedevices, keyboards, or mouse
  10. CLR button - PLC program clears physical key
  11. Ethernet interface - For Ethernet communication connection, can connect toPCtoview HMI information and download configuration program
  12. USB Slave interface - Connect to PC to view MK information, downloadPLCprogram and HMI configuration program
  13. Sealing ring - To prevent dust or fine particles from entering the installationgap, the sealing ring can be removed
