DISORTION PLUS - A KIT FOR INDEPENDENT INSTALLATION
Originally, the distortion effect was designed by Keith Barr in the early 70's and has since occupied an important place in the history of music. It has been used by many guitar faves and the specific sound has found its place in their recordings for the last 40 years. Both distortion and overdrive effect are colloquially called 'distortion' because the principle of their operation is identical. They differ only in other filtering of the signal before and after the amplitude limiter. The number and nature of nonlinear distortions introduced into the signal is also different.
The presented system is very simple, based on one double operational amplifier.
The device is especially recommended to musicians - lovers of playing the guitar

The Curvimeter – or opisometer – is a device that measures the length of curved lines and helps to calculate the distance between the points on a map more precisely than a ruler or a compass.
The mechanism has a measuring wheel, a clock face, and a hand. When the wheel moves along the line on a map that you need to measure, the hand moves around the clock face marked with measuring units – centimeters, inches, etc. All you need to do in the end is to check the map scale and to multiply your data by the denominator in the scale.
