The book discusses numerical codes and basic four actions in binary arithmetic. The methodology for designing logic circuits, both combinational and sequential, is presented. Typical combination logic blocks such as decoders, multiplexers, totalizers and comparators as well as sequential blocks, namely registers and counters, are presented. The typical structure of complex logic circuits, i.e. microprogrammed structure, was also discussed.
