Description
The Oplà IoT Kit is a set that enables adding connectivity to devices at home or in the workplace. It consists of the Arduino MKR WiFi and the MKR IoT Carrier baseboard, and it includes a complete set of 8 Internet of Things projects ready for self-assembly, which will show you how to turn everyday devices into "smart devices" and build custom connected devices that can be controlled with a mobile phone.
The MKR IoT Carrier is an extension for Arduino modules. The board is equipped with an OLED display, touch buttons, Grove connectors, temperature and humidity sensor, IMU, light, gesture, and proximity sensor, as well as a buzzer, relay connectors, microSD card slot, RGB LED, and Li-Ion battery socket.
The Arduino MKR WiFi is a development board with the SAMD21 microcontroller (ARM Cortex® M0+). It features 8 digital inputs/outputs, 12 PWM outputs, 7 analog inputs, USART, SPI, I2C, I2S interfaces, micro USB port, power socket, and reset button. The board is equipped with an ESP32 module for wireless communication via WiFi.
Among the materials available for the kit, you will find projects such as:

The Oplà unit acts as the physical interface with the Arduino IoT Cloud, giving you total control at your fingertips via the Arduino IoT Remote app. Configure and manage all settings via the Arduino IoT Cloud, with easy-to-create panels providing real-time readings from smart devices at home or in the workplace. Adjusting settings, switching devices on/off, watering plants, etc. is possible on the go using the Arduino IoT Remote app or fully automate the setup, then sit back and enjoy!
With the Oplà IoT Kit, you can claim 12 free months of the Arduino Cloud Maker Plan - premium subscription to the online coding platform. Benefit from unlimited compilation time and all other premium features.
