Description

The Sn99Ag0.3Cu0.7 EVO soldering filler represents the highest quality among soldering materials for professionals. Made in the first smelting process using tin, silver and copper, it meets the rigorous EN ISO 9453:2014 standards. The advanced formula of EVO rosin halide flux was created with excellent properties for soft soldering, both manual and automatic.

The main ingredients of this binder are tin, silver (from 0.20 to 0.40%) and copper (from 0.50 to 0.90%). Thanks to the low content of other elements, the product guarantees purity and no contamination, which is crucial for many applications.

The physical properties of the binder include a melting point in the range of 217-227°C, a specific gravity of 7.33 g/cm3, a tensile strength at break of 300 kgf/cm2, an elongation at break of 22% and a hardness of 14 HB. The recommended temperature of the soldering tip is 340-420°C.

The key element is EVO flux, which meets various standards. According to the DIN 8511 standard it is marked SW26, according to the ISO 9454 standard it is marked 1.1.2B, and according to J-STD-004 it is called ROL1. The content of this flux in the binder is approximately 3.0% with a margin of error of +/- 0.2%. The halide content is kept below 0.5% and its acid number is 195 ± 10 mg KOH/g. Additionally, the flux is non-corrosive, which increases its value in professional applications.
