The Raspberry Pi Carbon Removal Credit is an innovative sustainability initiative that offsets carbon emissions associated with the production, transportation, and disposal of Raspberry Pi single-board computers. Every credit purchased, in the form of a credit card-sized card with a unique, verifiable serial number, supports the purchase of 6.5 kg of high-quality enhanced rock weathering carbon offsets from UNDO Carbon. The process involves spreading powdered basalt on agricultural land, which helps to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere for up to 20 years.
Kamami is the official distributor of Raspberry Pi minicomputers and dedicated accessories.
