Zeenko ZK05-UM is a wideband low-noise amplifier with high gain and excellent linearity, operating in the 100 kHz – 6 GHz band. Powered via USB-C, it offers a low noise level and high overload resistance, making it a suitable choice for RF applications, antenna systems, and the input stages of spectrum analyzers.
Description
The ZK05-UM is a wideband low-noise amplifier (LNA) from Zeenko, powered via USB Type-C and operating in the frequency range from 100 kHz to 6 GHz. The module is designed for applications requiring low noise, high linearity, and good gain flatness across the entire band. It is suitable for use as an antenna preamplifier or in the input path of spectrum analyzers.
Using an external bias resistor, the supply current can be adjusted. A high 1 dB compression point (OP1dB) and a high third-order intercept point (OIP3) ensure strong overload resistance and good dynamic performance. The device can replace popular modules such as TQP3M9035, QPL9058, TQP3M9037, and QPL9547.
