ReSpeaker Lite 2-Mic Array Voice Kit is an open hardware platform designed for audio processing and voice command recognition projects. The board integrates the XMOS XU316 audio processor responsible for hardware-level signal processing and the XIAO ESP32S3 module providing wireless connectivity and user application control.
The dual digital microphone array enables far-field voice capture up to 3 meters. The system implements advanced front-end audio algorithms including interference cancellation (IC), acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), noise suppression, and automatic gain control (AGC). The maximum sampling rate is 16 kHz.

The XIAO ESP32S3 module is based on a dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor running up to 240 MHz and provides 2.4 GHz WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 BLE connectivity. Memory resources include 8 MB Flash and 8 MB PSRAM. The kit supports integration with Home Assistant via ESPHome and can be used with cloud-based speech processing services.
A programmable WS2812 RGB LED is integrated on the board for status indication. This product version includes only the ReSpeaker Lite 2-Mic Array board with factory-soldered XIAO ESP32S3 module, two digital microphones, and the XMOS XU316 audio processor, making it suitable for OEM integration and embedded system applications.
Below are the pinouts of the XIAO ESP32-S3 module and the ReSpeaker Lite 2-Mic Array board.
