The pulse width is adjustable from 100nS to 4000S, and the square wave rise time is 25ns. The smallest possible frequency resolution is 0.01uHz and the frequency accuracy is 20ppm. Moreover, the frequency stability is 1ppm/3h. The generator is characterized by a wavelength of 2048 points, a vertical resolution of the waveform of 14-bit and an amplitude resolution of 1mV. All these parameters are provided by a device with an output impedance of 50Ω.
