A two-channel signal generator with a frequency range of up to 60MHz is an advanced device for electronics specialists. It can generate signals with various characteristics: sine wave up to 60MHz, square and triangle waves up to 25MHz, pulse and arbitrary waves up to 6MHz. Excellent precision is ensured by a minimum frequency resolution of 0.01uHz and an accuracy of 20ppm. It is distinguished by clock stability at the level of 1ppm/3h. The square wave signal has a rise time of 10ns, and the pulse width adjustment range is from 25nS to 4000S. The device offers a wavelength of 2048 points, 14-bit vertical resolution of the waveform and an amplitude with a resolution of 1mV. All this is delivered via a 50Ω output, ensuring compatibility with most measurement systems.
