Brass Prusa Nozzle CHT with a 0.6mm diameter designed for Original Prusa 3D printers with the Nextruder hotend, featuring internal geometry that increases filament flow
Prusa Nozzle Brass CHT 0.6mm is used in Original Prusa FDM 3D printers equipped with the Nextruder hotend. The CHT (Core Heating Technology) design incorporates a modified internal channel in which the filament is divided into multiple streams, increasing the heat transfer surface prior to extrusion. This solution enables higher filament flow while maintaining a 0.6mm orifice diameter. The brass construction ensures stable thermal conductivity when working with standard thermoplastic filaments such as PLA, PETG, and ABS.
