Prusa Nozzle Brass CHT 0.6mm is used in Original Prusa FDM 3D printers equipped with the Nextruder hotend. The CHT (Core Heating Technology) design incorporates a modified internal channel in which the filament is divided into multiple streams, increasing the heat transfer surface prior to extrusion. This solution enables higher filament flow while maintaining a 0.6mm orifice diameter. The brass construction ensures stable thermal conductivity when working with standard thermoplastic filaments such as PLA, PETG, and ABS.
Nozzle designed for 3D printers with a Volcano hotend. It is much longer than standard V6 nozzles, which makes it possible to achieve higher print speeds. The Teflon coating prevents the filament from sticking to the nozzle
Nozzle designed for 3D printers with the popular E3D(V6) hotend. The Teflon coating prevents the filament from sticking to the nozzle
Nozzle designed for 3D printers with the popular E3D(V6) hotend. It is made of clad copper with very good thermal conductivity, which allows for high printing speeds
Brass Prusa Nozzle with a 0.4mm diameter designed for Original Prusa 3D printers with the Nextruder hotend
MK10 nozzle with a diameter of 0.2 mm fits various heads used in 3D printers. It is made of hardened steel and is designed for filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm
