One of the measuring instruments frequently used in the laboratory is the frequency meter. The possibility of counting a series of pulses, determining their frequency or width are very important; especially when designing and testing digital systems.
Frequency meters can be performed in various ways - the following device is based on FPGA programmable devices (using the Verilog equipment description). An interesting feature is the dual reading imaging system, because it is possible to use LED or alphanumeric LCD displays for this. Both types can work simultaneously, it is possible to mount only one of them. For frequency and period measurements, the device is equipped with remote range change functions.

The device is especially recommended in the electronics studio, it will also work on the website.
