Description
JetBot smart robot building kit based on Jetson Nano. The robot is equipped with an 8 MPx camera with Sony IMX219 image sensor, so it can easily recognize a face, track objects, automatically follow a line and avoid collisions.
The kit also comes with ROS node code, which makes it easy to get started with the Robot Operating System (ROS), and allows you to quickly learn the structure and concepts of the system.
The design is based on the Jetson Nano minicomputer. It is an NVIDIA development kit with an ARM Cortex A57 CPU running at 1.43 GHz and a Maxwell graphics chip consisting of 128 cores supporting CUDA technology. The chip is supported by 4 GB of DDR4 RAM, Ethernet and HDMI interfaces and two MIPI-CSI connectors. It supports popular AI libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Keras and MXNet.
The robot is easy to assemble. It consists of a minicomputer, a board (a module with OLED display, 18650 battery cage and motor controller), an expansion module with connectors, a camera with Sony IMX219 image sensor, motors, a housing and a set of mounting screws. It is also equipped with a 2.4/5 GHz WiFi module and Bluetooth 4.2.
The module is an official kit recommended by Jetson Nano manufacturer Nvidia. A user manual to help you get started with the kit is available on the manufacturer's website.
Attention!
The kit does not include 18650 batteries, they must be purchased separately. Only 18650 batteries shorter than 67mm will fit in the kit.Features
