Description

L-1553IDT designed for through-hole mounting in PCB holes. The GaAsP/GaP structure generates red light with a dominant wavelength of 617 nm and a peak wavelength of 627 nm. The red diffused lens ensures uniform light distribution and a wide 140° viewing angle, improving signal visibility under various observation conditions.

At a forward current of 10 mA, luminous intensity ranges from 5-10 mcd, while forward voltage is 1.9-2.3 V. Continuous forward current up to 30 mA and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C allow integration into industrial devices, automation systems, control modules, and prototype or educational projects.

The 5 x 5 mm square package with a flat top facilitates panel mounting and the construction of status indicators with a uniform illuminated surface.
