The double-sided powder-coated spring steel sheet with a PA Nylon coating is designed for printing with polyamide-based filaments and other materials requiring a dedicated build surface. The coating improves adhesion for PA filaments, including Prusament PA11 Carbon Fiber Black, and also supports printing with PETG filament, providing a stable first layer while reducing the risk of prints detaching during the printing process. The flexible spring steel sheet makes it easy to remove finished prints once printing is complete.
The sheet is compatible with Original Prusa printers equipped with the MK52 magnetic heatbed, including the MK2.5/S, MK3/S/+, MK3.5/S, MK3.9/S, MK4/S, and CORE One models. The surface should be cleaned only with clean water or water with a small amount of dishwashing liquid. The manufacturer does not recommend using isopropyl alcohol (IPA), acetone, or glue sticks.
