MiniWare MHP30 - mini heating station with USB PD

Description

A mini heating board (heating station) dedicated to preheating PCBs for soldering or desoldering electronic components. It maintains a sufficient effective heating surface and significantly saves energy and heating time. The MHP30 converts a large heating station to pocket size and, thanks to the popular PD power input, enables the heating station to become a portable tool.

The MHP30 has a small and compact design, with an overall height of only 5.2 cm. The controller and hotplate can be flexibly separated and interchanged. The controller is equipped with an OLED display and two physical buttons. A pair of support feet at the bottom can be unfolded to better support the entire station. The heating body of the board is made of ceramic-coated brass, and a futuristic hollow stainless steel support connects the heating section to the circuit board.

The MHP30 has excellent thermal performance. Using a 65W PD power supply, it takes only 150 seconds to heat from room temperature of 26°C to 300°C. The controller has a built-in LED that changes colour as the temperature rises and falls. In addition to the firmware update function, the MHP30 also features smart modes such as setpoint temperature, tilt protection, power wake-up and automatic sleep. Users can set to enable or disable these functions according to their needs. With its small footprint and powerful capabilities, the MHP30 will find use both as part of a stationary workshop and as a tool used in the field.
