Description
Bluetooth 4.1 audio module with MP3 playback function enables wireless audio transmission and playback of audio files from USB storage devices and microSD cards. A 3.5 mm audio jack output allows connection to headphones or external audio systems. The onboard Bluetooth 4.1 module with PCB antenna supports pairing with smartphones, computers, and other audio sources within a range of 5–15 m.
The board includes control buttons (Play/Pause, track change, volume adjustment, Repeat, Mode) for standalone operation. Operating mode – Bluetooth or Music (USB/microSD) – is selected automatically or can be switched manually. Power is supplied via microUSB 5 V or an external 3.7–5 V DC source (with limited USB functionality at 3.7 V). Supported audio formats include MP3, WAV, FLAC, and APE, with FAT16 and FAT32 file system compatibility.
