The USR-PX511 is an industrial protocol converter designed for automation applications, enabling direct communication between CANopen networks and devices using Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP. The unit is intended for control systems where integration of PLC controllers, SCADA systems, and distributed field devices operating with different communication standards is required.
The device belongs to the USR-PX series developed by PUSR, intended for continuous operation in industrial environments with elevated electromagnetic interference. Protocol conversion is performed in real time at the hardware level, with millisecond-level latency, without the need for additional user-side software development.

The USR-PX511 is equipped with a CAN interface for CANopen networks, as well as an RS485 interface and an RJ45 Ethernet port, enabling communication using Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP standards. A rugged aluminum enclosure, DIN rail mounting, and full galvanic isolation of the power supply and communication interfaces make the device suitable for installation in control cabinets and industrial automation systems. Configuration is carried out using a dedicated PC-based configuration tool.
