Description

The Kyoritsu KEWMATE2000A measures AC and DC current up to 60 A using miniature open clamps, allowing current measurements without interrupting the circuit. Its compact, pocket-sized design provides easy access to conductors inside electrical panels, control cabinets, and other confined locations. The open clamps accommodate conductors up to 6 mm in diameter, while the integrated protective holster shields the meter, clamps, and test leads during use and transport.

In addition to current measurement, the instrument measures AC/DC voltage up to 600 V, resistance, and frequency, and includes an audible continuity test for quick circuit verification. A 3400-count LCD with an analog bar graph provides clear readings and makes it easier to monitor changing signals. The HOLD function freezes the displayed value, while the automatic power-off function helps extend battery life. The combination of clamp meter and multimeter functions makes the KEWMATE2000A suitable for electrical servicing, maintenance, and routine inspection of low-voltage installations.
