Description
The DS1100 is a compact, programmable Tibbo BASIC/C controller with Ethernet connectivity. It is designed for serial-over-IP and serial control applications, making it ideal for budget-conscious projects. Equipped with a single-channel RS232 port, the device can be powered via its power jack, pin 9 of the DB9 connector, or through the power-over-Ethernet (PoE) option. The front panel features three LEDs: green and red for status indication and yellow for Ethernet connection. Each DS1100 is supplied with DIN rail and wall mounting plates.

- TX, RX, RTS, CTS, DTR, and DSR lines
- Baud rates up to 115,200bps
- Parity modes: none/even/odd/mark/space
- 7 or 8 bits per character
- RTS/CTS and XON/XOFF flow control
- 17.5KB SRAM for Tibbo BASIC/C variables and data
- 512KB flash for firmware and application storage
- 208-byte EEPROM for data storage
- Three LEDs: green and red for status, yellow for Ethernet
- Power: 12VDC (9 ~ 18V), optional PoE
- Dimensions (LxWxH): 90 x 48 x 25mm
- Operating temperature range: -5 ~ +70°C
- Firmware is upgradeable through the serial port or network
- Tibbo BASIC/C applications can be debugged via Ethernet LAN
