Description

Lanberg's LSA impact tool, also known as a terminating knife for Krone IDC 110 connectors and a patch knife, is used for crimping/stripping cables in LSA technology, used to make cable terminations in network sockets, flush-mounted, surface-mounted, data communication sockets, patch panels, keystons and many other devices intended mainly for telecommunications installations. The device is ideally suited to LSA sockets in xDSL and ISDN networks, along with cable termination on LSA connectors and blocks of telephone connector panels. Due to the fact that a single wire cannot be insulated, the LSA technique with insulation stripping eliminates this problem, which translates into practical use of this tool. NT-0001 is equipped with a spring ensuring proper pressing of the conductor to the contact, a hook for extracting the conductors with an element for disassembling the connector from the socket, scissors for cutting off the excess cable with a lock and a shock force regulator - the depth of insertion of the conductor into the connector. Thanks to the Lanberg impact tool, proper wiring preparation will become much easier, and the crimping process itself will significantly shorten the working time compared to manual tests or other methods.
