VN330SP-E – Quad High-Side Smart Power Switch / Solid-State Relay

Description

VN330SP-E is a monolithic device developed using VIPower technology by STMicroelectronics. The device is designed to drive four independent resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground.

It operates as a quad high-side smart power switch, allowing digital control of external loads while integrating several protection and diagnostic functions. Active current limiting prevents power supply collapse in case of short circuits, while thermal shutdown protects the device from overheating.

The device also includes an open-drain diagnostic output used to signal fault conditions such as overtemperature.
