Description

Serial EEPROM memory for data storage in embedded systems and digital circuits provides a capacity of 4 Kbit with a 512 × 8-bit organisation and communicates through a 2-wire interface using SDA and SCL lines. The device can be used to store configuration settings, calibration parameters, identifiers, and other data that must remain available after power is removed.
