The USBLC6-2SC6Y from STMicroelectronics is a dual-line ESD protection array designed for safeguarding signal lines against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient overvoltages. Housed in a compact SOT-23-6 surface-mount package, it operates at 5.25 V and features a low input capacitance of 3.5 pF, supporting high-speed data interfaces such as USB. It provides up to 15 kV ESD protection compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 (contact and air discharge). The peak pulse current rating is 5 A. Qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, making it suitable for automotive and industrial applications.
