The Smart Citizen Starter Kit is a complete solution for measuring, saving and visualizing data about the surrounding environment. It includes sensors such as temperature and humidity, noise, light, pressure, gas and dust sensors. Such a rich set allows the user to comprehensively measure the air condition and weather conditions in our immediate vicinity, and the main module equipped with WiFi communication allows you to save and send the collected data to a dedicated platform. Data is transferred on an ongoing basis, and in the event of loss of Internet connection, the data is stored on the internal memory or microSD card and sent after reconnection. The device has a built-in LiPo battery, on which it can operate, depending on the configuration, from several hours to 25 days.

Smart Citizen is a project that has been working since 2012 to empower communities to better understand their environment by developing open tools for citizens. Thanks to Smart Citizen tools, users are better informed about the world around them.
Full documentation and examples of configuration are available on the project website.
