The MQ-3 sensor allows you to measure the concentration of alcohol vapors. The measuring range of the sensor is in the range of 0.05 mg / L to 10mg / L, and an analogue signal is obtained at the output.

The sensor detects the concentration of alcohol in the air, and its result can be obtained from measuring the voltage at the analogue output.
Thanks to the measuring range from 0.05 mg / L to 10 mg / L, the device can be used as a breathalyzer (0.1 mg / L = 0.21 ‰).
