Description
The Yato YT‑81462 set includes 220 pieces of transparent heat shrink sleeves with solder cores, used for creating durable and sealed connections of electrical wires with cross-sections ranging from 0.25 to 6 mm² (24–10 AWG). Each sleeve consists of a heat shrink tube with a polyethylene (PE) outer layer, thermoplastic adhesive inner lining, and a solder core positioned in the center.
When heated, the tube shrinks tightly around the wires, and the solder core melts to bond the conductors without the need for additional soldering tools. The melted adhesive ensures a hermetic, moisture-resistant seal, while the solder provides direct electrical contact without mechanical fasteners.
These sleeves are used in electrical installations, vehicles, industrial equipment, and consumer electronics, wherever moisture-resistant and vibration-proof wire connections are required.
