Pololu 5656 is a breakout board for JST PH and SH 5-pin connectors, allowing easy connection of wires to systems with a 2.54 mm pitch. With support for both connector standards and mounting holes, it is well-suited for projects requiring stable installation and five-channel signal connections.
The Pololu 5656 module allows connection of wires with JST PH 5-pin (2.00 mm pitch, top-entry) and JST SH 5-pin (1.00 mm pitch, top-entry) connectors to prototyping circuits and breadboards with 2.54 mm through-holes. Both connectors are wired in parallel, enabling the board to be used as a PH-to-SH adapter or as a breakout with outputs in two standards.
The PH connector supports up to 2 A, while the SH connector supports up to 1 A. The module is suitable for projects requiring five-channel signal or power connections, such as sensors, communication systems, and controllers. The board includes two mounting holes for M2 or #2 screws, allowing secure installation inside a device.
