This JST RCY plug is also referred to as a BEC (battery eliminator circuit) interface and is being used with battery packs for RC applications. The connector is keyed so it can not be reversed. You can use a crimping tool to attach your connectors to your 22- to 28-AWG wires. This pack contains enough housings and crimp pins (including two spare pins) for 3 female connectors .

This pack contains enough housings and crimp pins (including two spare pins) for three female connectors. The crimp pins are designed for 22- to 28-AWG wires, and we sell a crimping tool that works well with them. As an alternative, we sell a pre-crimped version of this connector with 10 cm leads.
Note: these connectors are sometimes referred to as "small" in the RC hobby industry.
