Description
Kitronik Round 5V LED Matrix Lamp Kit is a practical DIY kit that allows you to build a compact and very bright LED lamp. The kit includes 9 white LEDs, which together generate light intensity of around 16,000 mCd, making the lamp ideal for desk and decorative use. With built-in current-limiting resistors, the circuit can be powered directly from a 5V supply, ensuring safe and stable operation. Alternatively, it can be powered by 3 AA batteries, which with a fresh set provide about 5 hours of illumination. This solution offers great flexibility – the lamp can be used both at home and outdoors. Power can also be supplied via popular micro USB chargers used for phones, tablets, or e-book readers, making the product even more versatile.
The simple design and compact size make assembly quick and enjoyable, making it an excellent choice for beginners in electronics. Thanks to its form, the 48 mm diameter PCB can easily be mounted in various enclosures or constructions.
