Description
Prusament PLA Blend Oh My Gold is designed for 3D printing decorative parts, visual models and components requiring a satin-metallic surface finish. The Silk Blend formulation provides an intense golden sheen and smooth surface appearance while maintaining the easy printability typical for PLA materials.
The filament is manufactured by Prusa Research under a controlled production process including continuous diameter monitoring, color consistency control and mechanical property testing. For Blend versions, a diameter tolerance of ±0.03 mm is guaranteed. Each spool features an individual QR code allowing access to detailed production data for the specific batch.
The material offers low shrinkage and good dimensional stability, reducing the risk of warping even for larger prints. The spool is equipped with a rewritable NFC tag compliant with the OpenPrintTag standard, enabling automatic material recognition in compatible Prusa 3D printers and simplified print parameter configuration.
