Description

The 128GB Patriot P300 solid-state drive in the M.2 2280 form factor utilizes the PCIe Gen 3 x4 interface and NVMe 1.3 protocol, delivering up to 25% faster transfer rates and IOPS compared to PCIe 3 x2 solutions. Its compact design fits desktops and laptops, offering low power consumption for extended battery life. Maximum sequential read and write speeds are 1600 MB/s and 600 MB/s, respectively, while random 4K read and write speeds reach up to 290,000 and 150,000 IOPS.

Advanced firmware features, such as SmartECC and end-to-end data path protection, enhance data security. Integrated thermal management and wear leveling technology ensure even wear across memory cells, extending the drive's lifespan. The Patriot P300 supports Windows 7*, 8.0*, 8.1, and 10 (*driver installation required).
