Presented speed regulator will be used when controlling small machine tools or drills powered with safe voltages, ie <24V. The speed and direction of rotation are controlled by buttons. An additional function is to remember the last set value and direction and the possibility of returning to them.
The controller is designed based on the AT90S2343 microcontroller. As the executive elements, four MOSFET transistors operating in a bridge system were used. The software was written in BASCOM.

The device is particularly recommended in modeling and mechanical workshops, wherever it is necessary to control small electric motors

  • non-contact actuators - MOSFET transistors
  • control - microswitches
  • the ability to remember recently used settings
  • built-in stabilizer that powers the processor
  • power supply - 12 V (from the drill power supply)
  • a printed circuit board, programmed layout and documentation in the set
