The PICduino board is compatible in terms of pins with the Arduino system. It can not be programmed using the Arduino IDE, but it can work great as a testing ground for PIC microcontrollers.
The board is equipped with everything necessary to start working with the PIC18F2550 microcontroller. You can power it directly from the computer port (via USB) or from an external power supply. It is also possible to fill a different type of PIC microcontroller
The device is especially recommended for Ardiuno enthusiasts and electronic PIC microcontrollers
