Some, wanting to revive their Hi-Fi equipment, attach so-called neon lights to the speaker sets. These are sets of LEDs with resistors limiting the current, placed in transparent tubes. 'Neons' are connected in parallel with the loudspeaker. The disadvantage of this solution is the additional power consumption from the amplifier and, as a result, the possibility of sound distortion. Another problem is the dependence of light on the volume. At low sound levels, the diodes are relatively low, and full volume results in uninterrupted light emission.
Both problems are solved by the presented driver. It uses a relative measurement method, thanks to which the operation of the diodes is not dependent on the volume level.

The device is especially recommended to all lovers of music combined with light effects.
